I am driven by a desire to ask questions. My goal is not to find the answers, but to reflect on a world that has become intolerant of the unknown.

After a decade in journalism — covering topics including fashion, beauty, and news for publications like Refinery29, VICE, Glamour, gal-dem, Maclean's and more — I have stepped slightly away from the rat race of forward progress. At the start of 2025, I left my job in fashion media, and left bustling London for a calm reprieve in Berlin.

Since then, whilst freelancing and writing a speculative fiction novel, I've been reflecting on the meaning of work and what it means to be interconnected with our living Earth inside a culture that alienates us from our very nature.

I believe we all must be making these reflections in this period of immense change. With career trajectories changing, industries as we knew them crumbling, and social isolation and division reaching existential highs, now is not a time for chasing increasingly soulless goals of accumulation. Now is the time to seek different ways of being.
